Đầu đo dòng điện AC/DC Keysight N2893A

I Giới thiệu Keysight N2893A :

Keysight N2893A là đầu dò dòng điện hoạt động, băng thông 100 MHz dành cho máy hiện sóng InfiniiVision và Infiniium. Đầu dò có băng thông phẳng (DC-100 MHz), độ ồn thấp (<2,5 mA rms) và suy hao chèn mạch thấp. Tự động khử từ (khử từ) và hiệu chuẩn sẽ loại bỏ mọi từ tính dư và độ lệch DC không mong muốn trong đầu dò. Đầu dò được cấp nguồn trực tiếp bằng giao diện InfiniiVision và Infiniium AutoProbe, loại bỏ nhu cầu cấp nguồn bổ sung.

• High S/N ratio, low current measurement capability
• 15A peak, 15ADC, 10Arms continuous, 30A peak non-continuous
• Easy protect function at excessive input
• Auto demagnetization (degauss) and calibration removes any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset in the probe
• Compatible with high impedance AutoProbe interface
• For use with 80000/90000 Series, use N278xA current probe with N2779A power supply and E2697A high impedance adapter
• For use with 90000 X-Series, use the N5449A high impedance probe adapter
