Keysight 81623B Germanium Optical Power Head

I Introduction 81623B :

This optical power head has a 5 mm diameter Ge detector for general purpose power measurements over the wide wavelength range of 750-1800nm. A special version with Si detector for 450-1020 nm can be offered on request.

II Specification 81623B:

• Wide wavelength range: 750 – 1800 nm
• Economical germanium detector: recommended at 850 nm
• 5 mm diameter detector for fiber NA to 0.3 and open beams
• Special calibration option: ±2.5% uncertainty 800 – 1000 nm
• Special calibration option: ±1.7% uncertainty 1000 – 1650 nm
